HI

The interfaces does not seem to auto-negotiate to 1G although i have 1g sfp installed.

what sfp is connected ? have you tried hardcode it if its a copper sfp or is it 1gb fiber sfp

supported sfps and required ios versions

where did you get this info? is this from cisco TMG matrix tool? link please?

Mulitmode.

If i use the same cable connection on another 3850 it works.

I can see my neighbor but cannot ping gateway etc.
