C9300-NmM-4G port 2 not detected

Dear Cisco support,

Please help us to find out the solution of our problem. Port 2 on C9300-NM-4G is not working/detected with our SFP transceiver GLC-LH-SMD, although the 1,3,4 Port is running well. When we type "sh logs" we found that when we plug transceiver on port 2 it show "No module present".

is this the hardware issue?

If you any other SFP test it, also try doing interface default

default interface gi 1/1/3 ( after removing SFP)

insert the SFP (check the logs and post below information)

show run interface gi 1/1/3

show interface gi 1/1/3

show interface gi 1/1/3 trans

show version

If you post that information happy to help you see what is wrong ? is the same SFP works on other ports if yes,

I know you confirmed this is Cisco SFP, just checking, do you see show inventory (that SFP ?)

May be test the SFP on other port check if that works, also check working SFP on this port see if that works, so by now you know what is wrong ?

Port 1,3,4 is working good only port 2. We try 2 SFP GLC-LH-SMD 1000BaseLX SFP, both working well on port 1,3,4 but on port 2 both undetected

Post the complete output to the command "sh inventory".

NOTE:  DO NOT POST screenshots.

when you get chance - show inventory
