C9300 Stack Issue

Good morning

I have questions about the Cisco 9300 Stack.

Each switch uses a single 350W power.

We connected the stack cables to the stack power cables.

As a result, we have confirmed that only the master switch has ports enabled and the member switch does not start.
(I remember that there was a log saying that there was not enough power for the stack.)

Or there will be a problem that the member becomes invalid even if it starts up.

What kind of measures do we have to take?

Hi,

Yes, if you will disconnect the stack power cable than seems that this problem will be resolved. (not sure if you need a power reboot after removing power stack).

Hi,

What are error massages during the bootup or adding the second switch in the stack? Have u tried with a boot the stack? Have you recently updated this stack?

Share some more information to get the correct solution. but sound like a lower power supply issue.

hi

We will go to the site again tomorrow.

If there is a power shortage problem, will the same symptoms occur with the stack power cable disconnected and only the stack cable connected?
(Each switch is powered)

The detailed log will be updated as soon as it is confirmed.

thanks
