I have questions about StackWise Virtual on C9500-24Y4C and I have module QSFP-H40G-CU3M. It can use for StackWise Virtual?

I do not see any issue it should work. (Any port (Downlink: 10G/25G; Fixed Uplink: 40G/100G)) - for your model.

I have tested with 10G twinax cable.
