please i would like to know how to calculate the CDP's trafic in my network.

Hi,
CDP is only local to the segment/interface, so each port you enable CDP on is producing 414 Bytes every 60 seconds. The number of devices is not really needed.
Be aware that some usefull features depend on CDP like discovering and configuring of Cisco IP phones connected to Cisco switches.

As martin said, it's not necessarily a bad thing. Turn it off on ports not trunked to other routers and switches, but 60 seconds is like a year in network time, I wouldn't worry about it to any extent...it's benefits outweigh it's costs almost every time. It's only big drawback is security, which is mitigated by turning off cdp for ports not going to other intended audiences.
