I have two 24 port 9300's and a 48 port 9300.  Can I combine these into one stack?

Models with different port counts, generally, isn't an issue.

Models with different IOS feature sets and/or different IOS versions can be.

1.  Make sure the existing switch/stack and the new switch are running the same IOS-XE versions.

2.  Make sure the existing switch/stack and the new switch are running either in Install Mode or Bundle Mode (and NOT BOTH).

3.  9300 and 9300L cannot be stacked together.
