Hey everyone,
First of all my knowledge in this field is very simple, so please bear with me.
I need help figuring out why I can’t access the web configuration page, let me explain.
The switch is connected to a server (Storenator from 45Drives.com), we installed on each PC PCI Express network: Intel® Ethernet Converged Network Adapter X550-T2
The switch is working; it's connecting our server (data storage aka Storenator from 45Drives.com) to the PCs. however, the speed is extremely low, the copying speed is 11MB/ps as it supposed to be 1250MB/ps max (10Gbps). And this is happening with 2 PCs so that tells me it’s not the PC.
To find the bottleneck, I double-checked the drivers are up-to-date, the cables are fine and there is no issue from the server-side, the only missing thing is configuring the switch, I have tried to connect using the default IP but got nothing
The switch (as far as I know) hasn't been configured, just unboxed, connected without any configuration.
I have connected a laptop to the switch and used PuTTY with no success.
Connected a cable to the backport where it reads “Console” but that didn’t work too.
I can access the server, which means there is a connection between the server, the switch, and the client, the only problem is with the connection speed.
Do I have to reset the switch and try again?
What the worst could happen if I hit the reset button?
Please help
I should mention this as it may help somehow:
The Power LED "System" is blinking.
The left (yellow) LED on ports are blinking
Some images attached
My switch is Cisco SG300-28PP 28-port Gigabit PoE+ Managed Switch
Cables are CAT6
10Gb Adapter Intel® Ethernet Converged Network Adapter X550-T2
PCs are running Windows 10

Hello,
out of the box, the default IP address is 192.168.1.254, username and password are cisco/cisco. If those don'twork, try the reset button and use these values again.
The speed problem is probably due to speed/duplex settings. Toggle the network cards on the PC between auto/auto and e.g. 1000/full, and see what works.
Just in case, attached is the user guide...

here is the reset of the switch, (if you have switch access still, please take back up for reference - do not restore you may end of same issue again)

Thanks for the replay Balaji, but I don't understand how to take backup when I can't log in to the switch interface?

if you do not have access, there is no other option to reset to factory and start configuring from scratch.
that is the reason i was mentioned "if you have switch access still, please take back up for reference"

First I'd like to thank everyone replied.
Update:
I have removed all the cables, and made a reset to the switch, then connected only one cable to a laptop and changed the IP from dynamic to static and that solved the issue of accessing the switch UI.
However, that didn't solved the speed problem, still troubleshooting.
