Hi

You need to enter the command "ip routing" on the switch.

Hi

Im already entered that. You can see ip routing in my config

Sorry, missed that. And you also have  licensing "license boot level ipbasek9"

should work.

Can you ping from the switch to the hosts?

Yes i can ping from switch to both hosts in 2 different vlan.

Then, or you facing a Bug or something similar.  I´d recommend factory reset it and upgrade, if possible.

I try to factory reset by CLI

#delete flash:vlan.dat

#erase startup-config

and config again but still can't fix it

Hello,

Do you have hosts connected to the interfaces you have access vlans on? Are you pinging from a host one 1 vlan to a host in another vlan?

If so do the hosts have the correct ip and default gateway/mask?

Does the ping say failed or unreachable?

-David

Yes i ping from 1 host vlan 50 to another host in vlan 60

The host is correct ip and subnet mask

Ping say request time out.

I have a server leased DHCP in ip 192.168.1.1(vlan 1). Host in vlan 50 still receive DHCP but can't ping to the server

Does the DHCP server/pool only give out vlan 1 IP subnet addresses? What’s the address of the VLAN 50 host? Can it ping it’s default gateway of 192.168.50.1?

interface Vlan1
ip address 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.0
ip helper-address 192.168.1.100
!
interface Vlan50
ip address 192.168.50.1 255.255.255.0
ip helper-address 192.168.1.100
!
interface Vlan60
ip address 192.168.60.1 255.255.255.0
ip helper-address 192.168.1.100
!
interface Vlan70
ip address 192.168.70.1 255.255.255.0
ip helper-address 192.168.1.100
!
interface Vlan80
ip address 192.168.80.1 255.255.255.0
ip helper-address 192.168.1.100

My DHCP server give ip for 5 vlan. Host in vlan 50 have ip 192.168.50.10, that host can be ping to all of default gateway in switch. Even the host can access router in ip 10.0.0.1 but can't ping host in other vlan

I try to reset factory but still can't resolve problem

Ok that host can ping all default gateways. Check a host in each vlan. Can all of them ping their respective gateways?

can you provide the PC configuration of 2 PCs that can’t ping each other in different vlans?

PC1 in vlan 50, IP: 192.168.50.10 connect to interface GigabitEthernet1/0/4. PC1 can ping all default gateways.

PC2 in vlan 60, IP: 192.168.60.10 connect to interface GigabitEthernet1/0/6. PC2 can ping all default gateways.

But 2 PC can't ping each other

Check PCs for firewalls.

Jon

No, i sure problem in the switch. Because when i bring 2 pc to another network, it can ping normally
