cat 6500 sup failover question

Hi all

Can anyone tell me what would cause a switchover of the supervisors automatically on my cat 6500's ?

and how can i find what caused it?

Hello Carl,

It is printed in sh redundancy output

#sh redundancy | inc switchover
        Last switchover reason = user initiated
