I want to know if Cisco Cat C9200L-48P-4G and C9300 Switches supports TACACS+ (ACS  Version 5.8.0.32).

yes, they do support t as per I know,

Should support just fine. You won’t find it any official documentation since acs is a dead product.

ACS 5.8 is not totally dead, i see  20% cisco world still using, yes its good to move to ISE world that is suggested.

Since Cat 9300 new people or cisco TAC expected that you might have moved to ISE

i work some client still use 5.8 works great for device admin.
