I recently discovered on one of our catalyst 6500 switches an increasing number of switch fabric rx errors:

The numbers for module 13 are increasing by 100 frames a day. Admittedly it's a rather busy linecard, but I think I shouldn't see rx errors anyway. First I thought it would be a hardware error with the linecard, so I switched to another so far unused module, but the increasing error counters moved with it to the new module.
Do you have any idea would could be the reason? As far as I can see this is the only 6500 that shows these kind of errors. Could it be related to the Sup or is it the switch fabric itself? I'd appreciate your input here
