Solved: Re: Catalyst 2960S - Freezes When Resetting

Hello,

When I try to reset holding the mode button and restarting, it starts running through the initialization process. It then freezes at "changed state to down?" I hit the enter key and I get "exit>." Is there a way to get to "switch:" from there? I am new to this forum if I have posted in wrong are, please let me know where to post these types of questions.

Thank you for the reply. I got through the issue above. I am in the process of factory resetting the old switches/routers that we don't need. I will post again, if I get stuck.
