catalyst 3550 switch recover with password recovery mechanism disabled ?

From the catalyst 3550 switch, Please advise how to recover forgotten password if password recovery mechanism disabled? I hope can keep the existing running configurations. It's a live working box.

I think we cannot crack the security systems of Cisco IOSs.

When I forgot the password on a Solaris device, I switched the Flash Device with my Vender. All configs and contents are keeped.
