Catalyst 3560 solid green LED's after boot

Hi all,

I start my cisco Catalyst 3560G PoE-48 since a long time off.

All LED stay green(see the attachment) and the fan blows hard always !

No data received in consol.

I tried start with the button "Mode" push, it's the same.

Connect console cable to device, Turn off (wait for 5min) and Trun on the device - do you see any console output post here.

if not the device has issue with POST issue.

Nothing in the consol after turn off/on.

  - Looks bad try factory reset , see if that can 'kick' output on the console.

have seen this issue, the kit is dead as per i know...(if you do not have anything on the console)

 - Probably referring to the kid (kid-ding). Poster denotes possible fatal hardware problem.
