Catalyst 3650 boot in loop

We lost all sort of communication, no LED light on the ports. we rest the switch but now through Putty it shows the device rebooting over and over and over without stopping.

Help

Console into the switch and reboot. 
Post the entire boot-up process. 

NOTE:  Do not post screenshots.  

i did an emergency install but it keeps on failing

Without a console output I cannot help.

Adding to other suggestion :

 

Turn off the Device, make putty to store logs in file

Turn on the device,. once you get see reboot, then save the file and attach here to understand the issue.
