Have anyone seen this issue before. Anything I can do to fix this issue?

Thanks in advance

Kind Regards

Rohit.

I opened a case with the TAC and diagnosed a hardware failure and requested RMA

Upgrading from 16.3(8) to 16.6(6) did not fix the issue.  What else can I try?

It's been a while since I wrapped up this project, but I think I was able to RMA the stack modules instead of the switches themselves.  Despite having the same part numbers, the new ones worked fine.  Maybe I got counterfeit knockoffs in the first round?  Who knows....
