Hi we have 2 Catalyst 4507 for our core backbone. One is configured as primary and the other as secondary. Recently the primary core switch has started to restart on its own. This is happening 2-3 times daily and affecting us a lot.
Is this a known issue with the switch or we do have to apply some patches and updates?

Do you see any error messages / tracebacks when the switch restarts?

no error msges. even no visual indication by means of the leds.

while I try to access the switch it is getting restarted. and we are getting some error msges.
