Hello Dears
I have a problem , my core router 6500 when i reload it or power cycle it , it doesn't load the configuration i saved it loads the ios image that contains no config at all , how can i make it load the image that contain all of the config i saved , another issue i have is that when i try the
router(config)boot supboot-disk0:ios image
it says that there is no HA to support the boot config
i need to load the ios image that i want and save all configuration in it and when i reload it , it should load the latest configuration that i saved

Which is the "show bootvar" output? please paste the "show ver" and show bootvar from the device here.

Did you try to set the boot image you want to use this way?
boot system disk0:s72033-adventerprise-mz.151-2.SY7.bin

i tried this but it doesn't show disk0
Router(config)#boot system ?
WORD TFTP filename or URL
flash Boot from flash memory
ftp Boot from a server via ftp
mop Boot from a Decnet MOP server
rcp Boot from a server via rcp
tftp Boot from a tftp server
and tried this but the output says HA support is not available
Router(config)#boot config sup-bootdisk:s72033-adventerprise-mz.151-2.SY7.bin
%WARNING: HA support is not available to " boot config " command
any ideas ?

thanks for your reply , i want to load this image
sup-bootdisk:sup-bootdisk:s72033-adventerprise-mz.151-2.SY7.bin
and save configurations in it and if i reload the router or power cycle it
it should load the image i mentioned and all of the configs that i saved .

Please try this way: boot system flash disk0:s72033-adventerprise-mz.151-2.SY7.bin and paste the show bootvar after that.

and after that if i saved a list of configurations and reloaded the router how can i be sure that it will be saved

Sorry but I can't see that the Boot variable has been set in the last "show bootvar", so is not recomendable to reload after we can find a way to set this properly. Let me see and I will try to get a better option.
