Is the wireless package installed?

Also, can you run the "wireless-controller" command?

Ah, thank you. I do not have this package installed, "wireless-controller" command gives an error that indicates this as the issue as well. Mind pointing to where I could get this package?

If I remembered correct, embedded WLC wil be supported on 16.11.0.
