Catalyst 9500 40X- DNA Advantage FEX compatibility

Hi there,

does any one know if fabric extender are compatible to a cisco catalyst 9500-40 X ?

and what are the commands for it ?

Currently we are running on: 

C6880-X-LE-DFC with two chassis virtual linked plus modules and 4 fabric extender also with modules.

Catalyst will not support FEX. 

The last Catalyst switch that supported a "FEX" was the 6800ia and everyone know what happened to that.

FEX you connect to only Nexus Switches (in DC environment) some Catalyst switch like 68XX support FEX.

as per Cat 9500 concern, there is no support for FEX, if you looking any top of rack as catalyst switch ,  then you need to look Cat 9200 as Layer 2 Switch.
