CatOS, how to remove a command from the config?!

In CatOS is there anything like the "no" in the IOS ?!

I want to remove a few command lines from a Core Switch, like that:

set spantree portcost 6/4 3004

I know that the "no" keyword before the line doesnt work, any thoughts?!

Thanks!

Try "clear spantree portcost 6/4"

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst6500/catos/7.x/command/reference/cl_m_cop.html#wp1198352

The problem with CatOS is with a number of commands it's not possible to clear it out of the config but the above should work in your case.

Hello Caue,

if 6/4 is a FE 100 Mbps

set spantree portcost 6/4 19

if 6/4 is a GE 1000 Mbps

set spantree portcost 6/4 4

these should be the default STP costs.

Hope to help

Giuseppe
