Changing FE_PORT: Fast Ethernet 0 on a 2800 router

hello,

I have the TFTP server plugged into FE 0/1. Rommon keeps trying to use FE0/0. I've tried

FE_PORT=Fast_Ethernet_1

FE_PORT=1

FE_PORT=FE1

yet FE port still shows as 0.

I am not onsite to simply plug the cable into the other port.

How do I change FE_PORT ?

I got it to change. I started typing in random number after FE_PORT=. I noticed that I started getting an "environment variable error" so I went back to typing in 1 and it worked.

Buggy software?
