CIsco 1841 IOS corrupt

                   I am having a problem with CIsco routers 1841. They are new and when i started configuring them this is what happened. I coppied the and pasted the configs and they stuck as per the picture below. Please assist what might be th eproblem with them.

Please assist what might wrong with these routers.

Most likely nothing is wrong with the routers, you have changed serial console speed, check what are you pasting it.

Thank you for your response but please look at the below parameters set in my console and see if they are correct.

I am using USB-Serial converter for consoling the router. I was pasting the configurations copied from another C1841 router. This new router was supposed to be the spare.

Bit per second = 9600

Data bits = 8

Parity = none

Stop bits = 1

Flow control = Hardware

Please advice if the above is not correct. Other router are just ok with the above settings.
