Cisco 1921 IP Sla Implementation (2 Wan redundancy and load balancing)

Hi cisco experts,

Good day everyone!, I would like to ask if the Router 1921 with this version(Below) is capable of IP Sla tecnology. Coz I tried to implement/configure IP Sla on our route but I cannot set IP Sla number / rtr group. Is there any activations with this version is to be done for this technology to work?

Configuring a Basic ICMP Echo Operation on the Source Device

SUMMARY STEPS

1.    enable

2.    configure terminal

3.    ip sla operation-number       -----------------------------------------> "I cannot set IP SLA operation number" / No option for Ip Sla operation number if i press "ip sla ?"

4.    icmp-echo {destination-ip-address | destination-hostname} [source-ip {ip-address | hostname} | source-interfaceinterface-name]

5.    frequency seconds

6.    end

Just to add add on Data Licenses will include: IP SLA, SNA, MPLS etc
