Cisco 2511-RJ Issue

I have a 2511-RJ and I'm getting the following when I boot up the system:

System Bootstrap, Version 11.0(10c)XB1, PLATFORM SPECIFIC RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
Copyright (c) 1986-1997 by cisco Systems
2500 processor with 14336 Kbytes of main memory

Exception: Illegal Instruction at 0x10138CC (PC)
save_stack: discarding corrupt frame pointer (0xC1380000)

I've tried swapping out the boot roms and the memory.  No matter what I do, i receive this message.  Unfortunately this is out of warranty and is my home lab, not sure if anyone has seen this before, but any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!  Greg

Its an old hardware so it might be a memory failure. But, did you recently updated installed images? This message appears before being able to go into recovery mode?

Thanks for the reply.  The images have not been updated on the router.  Even when I have the original memory and boot roms in the 2511, it still has been giving out this error.

Time to trash it.. Its toast.
