Hi,
What kind of service module is that? These may have different password recovery procedures depending on their type.
At least for NM-WLC6, the following steps were required:
- Configure the interface wlan-controller or interface service-module with an arbitrary valid IP address, say, 10.0.0.1/24, and no shutdown it.
- Follow the steps in http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/2000-series-wireless-lan-controllers/71094-wlcm-pwr.html
Best regards,
Peter

Hello Alexa,
Are you being asked for a username/password after "service-module service-enging 0/0 session"? If so, check the line for the CUE module. In your router config, along with "line vty 0 4", etc you will have something similar to "line 194". Is this line set to require a login? If so, remove the login command.
also check below thread if this help
