Cisco 2960 - IP TACAS source-interface vlan90 is not working

I am working on  WS-C2960-24LC-S and software Image C2960-LANLITEK9-M  version 12.2(50)SE4.
I am trying enable TACACS management to that switch.
The IP TACACS source-interface vlan90 is executing but it is not visibile in running config.
where in IP TFTP source-interface vlan90 is executed and visible in running config.

Can anybody Advise.

Below is the command and sh run

Switch1(config)#ip tacacs source-interface vlan 90
Switch1(config)#do sh run | i source
no ip source-route
ip tftp source-interface Vlan90
logging source-interface Vlan90
snmp-server trap-source Vlan90
ntp source Vlan90

Can you ping the tacacs aerver from the switch management address ?  Tacacs server address  and key  defined?
