Is it a hardware problem?
I've tried to reboot and reconfigure. Apparently none of them are working.
Is there any solution for this matter asside from RMA request? I just want to make sure whether is it a hardware or miss configuration problem.
The software version is

Here are the port configuration

switchport voice vlan 14

Hi Aneda,
Could you clarify the below to understand this issue better, some times unreliable plugs or jacks at any point between the phone and switch can cause the same disconnections

Aru

Could be a faulty cable. Run a TDR.
