Hi Cisco Peeps,
I have a Cisco 2960-S Model:WS-C2960S-48LPS-L, I upgraded to IOS 15.2(2)E9 then after the upgrade,
"boot system flash:" is not appearing and I want to roll back to 12.2 IOS (c2960s-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE5).
boot system c2960s-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE5 - NOT Working.

What is the output of "sh ver"?
try:
no boot system flash: c2960s-universalk9-mz.152-2.E9.bin
boot system flash: c2960s-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE5

check the - dir flash:/c2960s-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE5

try below
no boot system flash:c2960s-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE5
boot system flash:c2960s-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE5/c2960s-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE5.bin
if the switch gone to switch prompt , then try below :
switch: set BOOT flash:c2960s-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE5/c2960s-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE5.bin
switch: boot
another question ? have you tried to upgrade ? or degrade ?

Try moving the file from directory called "c2960s-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE5" to the root of the flash before setting boot variable.
copy flash:c2960s-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE5/ cc2960s-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE5 flash
