if you use USB console cable, when you plug in to PC it will tell you what com port it is. (change com1 to what ever port the was recognised on your PC)

Turn off Cisco switch (by remove power cable)

Turn on again and see you can see any message on the console ?

Still no message, Tell us what LED you see in the Front ?

if there is no LED - take this as Switch dead to bin it, if you see any LED  - please let us know.

I try this again and again but same issue persist switch is power on

Can you tell us about the cable that you are using to connect to the console? How does that cable connect to your pc? Can you verify that you are connecting to the console and not to some other port on the switch (aux etc)? Can you tell us the settings you specify in putty?

Yes I am using console cable with laptop via putty and i connect console
port rightly also mentioned on switch more over putty setting is also true
because with that cable and that setting I previously configured a switch
3650 also but this switch doesn't show any appearance on putty screen .here
I show you.

Thank you for the update. It is very helpful to know that you have used successfully this cable and these setting on your laptop and connected to other Cisco equipment. The most likely explanation at this point is that your 2960 has a serious problem.
