Experts, I have an odd situation here. Core switch is a Meraki MS 410-16 which connects via fiber to a downstream Meraki MS120-48. Now, there is a Cisco Catalyst 2960x connected to the MS120-48. Strangest thing is, only one desktop can connect to the Internet. I can't even ping the 2nd desktop from our servers which are over SD-WAN. It acts as though the first PC to connect is the only one that can communicate outside of the LAN. Both PC's are in VLAN20 and I'm running MST on the Catalyst and STP appears to be functioning properly. I can't figure out what would cause this scenario. Any pointers would be helpful.

Which device is the gateway? On the gateway check the arp table. Does the gateway have arp entries for both PC or only one? Can you post the output of ipconfig (or other appropriate command depending on OS) from both PC?
