Cisco 2960X web interface works but contents are not clickable

I have two Cisco 2960-X one 24 port and one 48 port.

Web interface works on both but in 48 port switch i cannot click the contents (For example i click in contents the Monitor i get the drop down menu with options i click port status and nothing happens).

They have same configuration , the only difference is the software.

The 2960-X 24 port has 15.2(2) and the 2960-X 48 port has 15.0(2)

I tried all the browsers chrome/IE/edge/safari/Mozilla but in the 2960-X 48 port  web interface i click the contents and nothing happens.

Hi,

Update a JAVA program and switch IP in trusted sites and try in IE.

It worked with IE only but i am ok with it .

the CNA is a bit flaky , lot of posts regarding it not working fully , if you tried everything on PC end , try sort it from switch side
one thing to try is another version of CNA, i see c2960x-cwml.01_06_00.tar is available or roll back if already on it and try on of the earlier ones

are you using same version CNA on both switches ?
