cisco 3540 wireless controller Service port link status down

Hi Team, 

          I have connected service port interface with switch, Port LED is working fine, but in show port summary 

it shows link status is down.

and duplex is in half

speed is in 10 Mbps only why ?

how do i make the interface up 

how do i change the speed, duplex in cisco wireless controller 3540

check the switch side is this configured as Auto speed?

how do i check the controller side is in Auto Speed
list me the commands
if the controller not in auto speed means how do i change the speed
please list me the commands to configure in cisco 3540 controller
