 - Is there a valid image on the system already or are you trying to boot from usb ?

I don't believe there is. I'm currently trying to do this command but it might be a while.

copy xmodem: flash:c3560cx-universalk9-mz.152-7.E7.bin

   - Keep us updated and or mark as resolved (...if applicable...) ,

3560CX has USB, why not use USB to boot the image, once booted using USB . you can copy to flash and set up boot variable.

I initially tried using USB but it wasn't showing the IOS when I tried using the dir flash command.
