cisco 3650 not working

All ports are not working, what is the appropriate solution?

         - Nice picture , but doesn't tell much , is the boot process of the switch normally and or post it here.

all ports not working but the system is green As is shown in the picture

 

 

 - As stated we need to know if the device is in a normal state ,first point of checking is startup and verify the boot-up process.

Connect the console cable, check what is the errors you see, also try reboot and check (if you rebooting) - capture all the Logs from console and post.

Hi

 What do you mean by not working. What happen when you plug a device on the port?

 Do you console access or any management access to this switch?

Ports in green state is good. If ithey were âmbar, could be worst.

Post the complete output to the command "sh post".
