Cisco 3650 PoE switch, operational status is showing off

Cisco 3650 PoE switch, - POE is not working. 

Troubleshooting :

Tried reloading the switch & enabled disabled PoE.

after enabling power inline command also , but showing it in operational status. 

Kindly suggest. 

Attached Error screenshot. 

 

Cisco switch by default providing the maximum 15.4 watts - As per IEEE standard. But in this snap, it displayed 30watts.

Pls help me to fix this issue guys. 

What PoE device do you have currently connected to the switch?

basically cisco 3650 PoE model

If not, 

How to find out. is ther any command

I mean, what PoE compliant device do you currently have connected to your 3560?

that is max power, that is ok.

 

couple of questions to ask, all ports admin enabled ?

what device connected to any port, how you have tested ?

can you post below outputs

Enable CDP or LLDP depending on what discovery protocol your phones use and test again

 

conf t
lldp run
cdp run

int x/x
description access port
cdp enable

int x/x
description access port
lldp receive
lldp transmit

IP phone is working when it connected to another port of the same switch. But not working when it connected to 4th port of the same switch. 

 

Ther might be a port issue or we have to do power negotiation. we can't enable cdp. we can only be able to enable lldp. both are different vendor.

Can you us the information which port was working, show us the output of the both the ports.

Possibly then faulty POE on the 4th port, it does happen

There no fix if the Port was Faulty, if this in smartnet contact raise RMA and replace.

There are 5 switches in stacking configured with POE enabled all are same model. one of the switch all ports, when i connecting IP phone with POE feature, Not working

 

when i connecting desktop with external power supply to switch is working. LED is working fine.

 

I suspect if no traffic both data/voice, there we have to raise a RMA for the switch or only POE adpter?

is ther anything with the stacking cable?
