Hello ;

I have a 3750G switch that it has flash not detected on Roman mode, I try flash_init and dir flash: but no look as below :

switch: flash_init
Initializing Flash...
...The flash is already initialized.

switch: dir

List of filesystems currently registered:

bs[0]: (read-only)
xmodem[3]: (read-only)
null[4]: (read-write)

Can anyone help me fix that issue .

The syntax is incorrect.  Try "dir flash:".

I already do it, but I get
switch: dir flash:
unable to stat flash:/: no such device

Ok, console into the switch and reboot the switch.
Post the entire bootup process.

Can you try to post the complete output to the command "set"?

Ok, last try ...
1. Reboot the appliance; and
2. Try the command again "dir flash:".
If the problem still persist, try the command "format flash:".
And when it says "are you sure", enter "y".

As mentioned by Leo, if you want to look at the files in the flash, you need to specify the flash: as part of the dir command, ie dir flash:

See https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/catalyst-2950-series-switches/41845-192.html for some examples.
