We are facing high cpu utilization issue in our core cisco 3750x switch.

We would like to know what might be causing the issue.

The most stable IOS for the 3650X/3750X is 12(55)SE10.

We have upgraded to version c3750e-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE7.bin but even after upgrade we are facing same issue.

Any abnormalities you found in log..??

I did not see anything useful with the files attached.
