I have issue with cisco 3750 Switch Uplink Interface up and down automatically, please advice me on this issue.

Can provide more information as to the issue are you experiencing? Do you have any error messages or output that you can paste?

This port has been disabled because Link has been found to be fluctuating between Up and Down states rapidly. Reason could be bad physical connector hardware or drivers on the switch port or connecting device is faulty.

This still doesn't give enough concrete picture.  Post the output to the following commands:

1.  sh interface status err

2.  sh interface ;

3.  sh controll e ; and

4.  sh version
