Hi guys,
I recently bought a bunch of cisco 3750-x switches. I configured them all and started deploying them. A day later, some of the switches started failing on me. When I connect the power cord to the AC main, the power supply module on the back shows "AC OK" LED Green but the "PS OK" LED shows Red. I started referring to the installation guide and it told me that "PS OK" LED turns RED when output has failed. Guessing this I checked with another power supply module that was working, but still I get the same LED indicators.
The original power supply module works with other switches. What could be the problem? IOS crash...?

What happens when you console into the switch? What output do you get?

There is no console output via a serial port. Its just dead.

Check the PS at the back, is there a light? If there's no light, then you need to RMA the PS as it could be faulty.
If there's a light on the PS, then you need to RMA the switch.
