CISCO 3850 high CPU usage and How to find if there is a bug in an IOS using CISCO website

Hi All,

 

I have 2x3850 Stack switches and "FED" is taking up all CPU resource. Requesting if someone can help me find how can i find if this is a software bug and where in CISCO website can i confirm this. Below is CPU usage and version IOS i am using.

Hi,

There seem to be a bug associated with a different version that maybe also effecting the version you are running. Here is the link.

You may want to open a ticket with Cisco on this as they will probably recommend an upgrade to a version that has the fix.

This link also shows the versions that have the fix.

Thanks i will upgrade the IOS in tw days

upgrade to IOS Version 16.9.5 has resolved issue
