Hello Fam,
I have a client who ordered for the above device. While trying to make my order, i got confused on what data license means.
Please can someone help me with the meaning and the role it plays.
Thanks

Hi,
Have a good look at the ISR4000 data sheet.
Table 2 gives references to licenses
and again from tble 5 onwards.
The router arrives with an IP-BASE licence as default.
You need to know what additional features you want in order to select a different license.
For example- if you aim to run your router as a CUCME (Claa Manager Express)
you wil need to upgrade to a Voice License which expands (includes) the deafult IP-BASE
Voice (V)
IP Base + Unified Communications: Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST), CUBE
Hope this helps
