Cisco 4500X universal IOS uograde with permanent ipbase license

Good day.

We have a c4500X with universal IOS with permanent ipbase license.

So we need to make IOS upgrade for the first time . But have some questions about license status after upgrade :

1) Is there any restrictions for universal IOS to be upgraded ?

2) What happend with current permanent ipbase license after IOS upgrade ?

3) Do we need to make some license activation after upgrade ? 

4) All ipbase futures will stay active after upgrade ?

license stays the same nothing will be required on new image
just upload new image by usb set teh boot staements save it and reload , license doesnt change
