CISCO 4506- network on blade 2 is slower than blade 3, why?

good morning community , I had this user with slow network speed, and check the config and all looked good, i also changed their vlan to a different one an still the network speed was slow (like under 100mbps..upload and 13kbps download).. moved the port to a different one on the same blade but nothing change in the speed

but the weird thing is that once, i moved the port to bladed 3 of the 4506 with the same exact configuration on blade 2 port.. the speed was regularized and fast.... to make sure it wasnt just lucky day, i went back to blade 2, resetted that interface to factory default, reapplied the same configuration on the port on blade 2, same slowness came back, but on blade 3, fast network speed.

Questions:

1-what could be the reason

2-is there any command to very my cisco catalyst blade health or status?

the show loggins did not provide any conclusive infos. please help

Hi,

Can you verify to see if all the blades are healthy using the "sh module" command?

If you can, post the output here.

Hi,

The "show module" or "sh module all" should give you the status of all the modules.

HTH

Another show command to get more info per module:

sh platform chassis module x

HTH

ok , done, should i post here here, it quite a lot of infos that came out..
what should be observing in the result
thanks for the helps

The firmware of the chassis is highly suspicious.
