Cisco 4510 loop booting

Dear community,

I have Cisco 4510. After global power error this device try to boot:

 

Verifying FPGA (P) Signature ....................... PASSED
Verifying ROMMON (P) Signature ......... PASSED

This is loop booting. switch didn't responsible to Ctrl Break combination and still try to boot in loop.

How I can get ROMMON menu? No record "press Ctrl C"

 - Try pressing Ctrl-C after the Autobooting... , line.  Your config-register setting is also weird. Check this document :

This is why it's looping. 
Change it to 0x2102.

I can't break loop.

 

I tried to remove Smart Modular (memory 32) and get ROMMON. With Smart Modular I can't entry to rommon.

 

I guess some thing wrong with memory, isn't it?

 

Is it possible to fix memory? Or buy it on eBay? 

If Smart Modular is broken, Can I use usb stick or SD cart instead of flash?
