Cisco 6500 Switch VSS Trouble-shooting command

Hi all:

I am preparing training document for Cisco 6500 series switch.

1. For trouble-shooting command for VSS, so far I have gathered below commands :

         show switch virtual

         show switch virtual dual-active summary

         show switch virtual link

         show switch virtual link counters

         show switch virtual link port-channel

         show switch virtual link port

         show switch virtual role

   May I have your suggestion that any other commands are useful for trouble-shooting and any command from the top is not useful?

2. For trouble-shooting on Multi-Chassis Etherchannel on Cisco 6500, I need your help to suggest any command for the trouble-shooting. Many thanks!

You have almost all the commands for VSS:

Couple of other commands are:

show switch virtual

show switch virtual role 

show switch virtual link

show vslp lmp counters (LMP check)

Sh vslp lmp status

Show switch virtual link port-channel

Show switch virtual role detail

Show switch virtual redundancy

Show switch virtual redundancy

Show switch virtual redundancy config-mismatch
