Cisco 6509 Chassis - Supervisor Slot Reservations

I have a 6509 chassis with 2 WS-SUP720-3B Supervisor Engines, one Active, one Hot Standby in slots 5 and 6 respectively. I plan to take the Hot Standby and install it in a new chassis for VSS.

I want to install the WS-X6704-10GE= card in slot 6 once I remove the current Hot Standby Supervisor Engine.

Will there be an issue with this? Is slot 6 reserved for Supervisor Engines only?

No it's not reserved for supervisors only, the 6704 module should run fine in that slot.
