system power total =     0 Watt
system power used =       564.48 Watts (13.44 Amps @ 42V)

Hi Ed,

If this is a new installation, it is possible that the power input to the power supplies has a problem. Please refer to the power supply specifications in its data sheet and ensure that the power supplies are connected to proper voltage power source (as per the data sheet).

If this switch had been working on the same power supply and power source in recent past, it is more likely to be a hardware fault with the chassis. In this case I would suggest opening a TAC case and getting the faulty part isolated and replaced.

Cheers,

Shashank
