Cisco 6513 Switch CPU Process keep spiking

Dear Cisco Community Team,

I would like some help and guidance on fixing an issue I have with 2 Cisco 6513 switches.
The 2 Cisco 6513 switches are working as my data center switches connecting most of our systems to it.
The CPU have been spiking multiple times every hour.
Is there a guide that I can follow to narrow down the cause and solve it? any suggestion or recommendation would be highly appreciated.
Note: in the attached files you will find the "show proc cpu history" and " show proc cpu sorted 5min | ex 0.0" please let me know if you want me to provide more info.

Thanks @marce1000 that link is very useful.
The only thing is that the switches were working normally until we did a power shutdown to fix the UPS and after we powered them up it was like that, not sure what am I missing and if we can find a work around it?
Also does an IOS upgrade and/Or another reboot will change things?

 - You may try latest advisory release : https://software.cisco.com/download/home/283933147/type/280805680/release/15.5.1-SY8 , check if that can help.

Thank you Marce1000 , indeed I will download and upgrade the IOS and see if that helps, It might take few days as I have to do it during small blanket window.

Also I notice I have a few VMs that are hammering me with broadcast, I am trying to turn them off until I find a fix for it.
