I am having a cisco 7200 series router in my ntwork . The device is getting rebooted automatically with a crash info:
Please find the crash info details .
Please let me know if anyone have faced the same issue .
IOS VERSION -> 12.4(15)T13

Hi Angus,
Most likely a software problem
You should open a TAC case and forward the crash file to Cisco.
Here is the message in your crash file:
Possible software fault. Upon reccurence, please collect
crashinfo, "show tech" and contact Cisco Technical Support.

Me to facing the same issue . Is the issue fixed ? did this crash relate to any capacity issue on the device?

Hi Angus,
By the look at the crash file, it seems your router having issue to read some specific block within memory chip hence could not retrive to run some processes. I would say, this can be a hardware fault. As others mentioned, raising Cisco TAC will be the best option.
